Is it really hidden?
There was this awesome prophet with the name Zephaniah (YHVH has hidden).
There was this awesome prophet with the name Zephaniah (YHVH has hidden).
Zephaniah prophesied about the great-and-awesome-day of-the-Lord. He also prophesied how it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the
LORD'S anger. Zep 2:3
When?
The Day-of-Lord is a specific day!
It is the day that God Himself took upon Himself the sins of the world (everyone) and defeated the enemy.
It was a day of God's wrath! It was the day of the cross.
So, where is He?
It was a day of God's wrath! It was the day of the cross.
So, where is He?
Let's contemplate another verse from the hidden prophet.
The LORD thy God in the midst of thee
is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in
his love, he will joy over thee with singing." Zep 3:17
... a prophecy so utterly fulfilled in Jesus it boggles the
mind. It stretches the lines of human thinking and understanding far beyond
amazement!
So, what is hidden in Zep 3:17?
Let's see:
The LORD (YHVH, your Father, the Great "I Am")
thy God in the midst of thee (close to you as the very breath of his Spirit, in your heart and in your mouth)
is mighty (gibbôr - the very Source of all strength, might and power);
he will save (yahsha - as in Yah'shua, as in Jesus, God the Saviour),
he will rejoice (śı̂ys - exalt, extravagant display with joy)
over thee with joy (śimchâh - great gladness and exuberance)
he will rest (chârash - finalise, result ... "It is Finished")
in his love ('ahăbâh - Father God's endless, intimate love),
he will joy (I like Strong's full definition here: A primitive root; properly to spin around (under the influence of any violent emotion), that is, usually rejoice, or (as cringing) regard: - be glad, joy, be joyful, rejoice.)
over thee with singing."

HalleluYAH!
The hidden object
Take comfort knowing today that your Father sings and dances and spins around over you with exuberant joy!
Take comfort knowing today that your Father sings and dances and spins around over you with exuberant joy!
You are truely hidden in his righteousness and love!
Again...
Zephaniah 3:17:
The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty;
he will save,
he will rejoice over thee with joy;
he will rest in his love,
he will joy over thee with singing.
... and the work was completed by Jesus!
