The straight forward answer is: with boldness, unashamedly,
with courage and passion declaring the risen Christ where ever we go! ... the
very courage that many of us may think we do not have.
However, Paul brings
the better perspective:
2Co 4:1: "Therefore seeing we have this ministry,
as we have received mercy, we faint not"
Let's look at this verse again:
2Co 4:1: "Therefore seeing we have this ministry,
as we have received mercy [eleeō - to provide with compassion,
compassionate, give kindness and good
will. The very thing God does], we faint [ekkakeō - to be utterly spiritless,
weak or weary], not"
You see, we are not spiritless, but utterly encouraged by
the abiding Spirit of Love and Truth Himself through compassion and kindness
and goodness! - The very characteristics of Jesus Himself and the declaration
of YHVH Himself to Moses in Exo 34 proclaiming "The LORD, The LORD God,
merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth"
Paul goes on with the "how" part in the next verse
when he says:
2Co 4:2: "But have renounced the hidden things of
dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God
deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every
man's conscience in the sight of God."
How we bring the Gospel and deal with the Word of God is
thus of great importance -
Not hiding anything,
Not in dishonesty,
Not in trickery or sophistry,
Not deceitfully,
In truth (the whole truth - we manifest Jesus!),
Favourable to every person,
In the sight of God.
... All of which can be captured by one word - His amazing
GRACE!
Truely, we are greatly empowered by His unmerited Favour to
bring glory and honour and praise to Yah'shua!
U r utterly blessed to minister His Good News (Gospel).
