wherever whosoever ministry - the start

This will be the start of our blog on witnessing and testimonies wherever, whosoever ... whether in hospital ministry, street-healing, social fellowship, out-there-missionary and the like.

The bloggers are an ordinary bunch of people, the beloved of Abba Abba who choose to walk boldly in His Grace and authority!

We invite you to marvel and enjoy in the good works of our Lord Jesus Christ who gives to us exceedingly and abundantly above what we ask or pray for. It's all About His Mercy and Grace and Patience and Goodness and Kindness and Truth, His Love!

This first blog is an introduction to the healing and hospital ministry and was taken from the page Hospital & Healing on the blog-site. In future clicking on the wherever whosoever tab above on this blog, will take you directly to that blog!

Confess ... or agree?

Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. 1 Jn 4:15

In this, the last blog post in our series titled With Understanding, we'll be looking at the word confess or confession and how that this word was perverted to mean almost the exact opposite of what it was translated as. We look at how the children of God are totally mislead by this.

Where do we come from?

Much like the word metanoia (to be with the same understanding) translated as repentance, the Greek word homologeō has been corrupted in translation.

Beware of Folly!

But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was. 2Ti 3:9

What is Paul going on about writing to his spiritual son, Timothy? He writes about folly and things that manifest and this happening in the end times ...

What is this all about?

Shouldn't we be listening to everyone who brings a Bible message?

WHO GOD IS!

Charitoō

Listening to patients we visit during our weekly hospital outreach ministry, I have often wondered if we Christians have relationship with the same God?

I am frequently told by patients that God brings them adversity or sickness or tragedy or accidents or setbacks or some kind of affliction to test their faith.

That god stands in direct contrast to my God Who is always a God of all love goodness, kindness, patience, mercy and truth.

And so, I'm baffled by this other god who pretends to be the Christian god of so many Christians.

I realize there must be a very potent deception and perversion of the Gospel infiltrating the institutional church in a sly and cunning way to portray an angry, sadistic and schizophrenic god that brings afflictions and punishment and chastisement.

Former and Latter Rain ...

what is all this talk about rain?

Our Abba is not a God Who saves and then leaves you to your own devises saying just hang on and wait for Me until one day I return again.

That would be unfair

Things that peep and mutter ...

There are things that peep and squeak and make all sorts of disturbing noises.

They twist and distort our attention and distract us from our proper focus ...

In communication it is called “noise”.

Noise?

Celebrate ... Shavu'ot?

Charitoō
On 24 May this year (6 Sivan) the Jewish people will celebrate Shavu'ot (Pentecost).

In this post we'll look at some interesting questions.

How is this relevant to the Christian in fellowship with Yah'shua, Jesus?

Are we to celebrate this Jewish feast?

What is the background and how is this feast fulfilled by Yah'shua?

Heavy burden prophesied

When Jesus says: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Mat 11:28-30 He specifically talks about the deception of the prince of this world that says you have to work in order to be, perform to become, do to get. We lay it on ourselves to become ...

... a burden you need not carry!

This is a central theme throughout the Word of God. And God soooo wants us out of it!

Boiling Hot ...!

Need to do?

Or, do we need to rest?

Jesus says in Revelation 3:15 onto the church of Laodicea:

I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot." I've heard many teachings saying that we will only be hot once we do more for the kingdom ... when we pray every day ... pray more ... read more ... attend more ... Laodiceans [Laodicea - justice of the people - those walking in works of own righteousness instead of the imputed righteousness given to us by Jesus]

Why would Jesus say that He would prefer them to be either cold or hot?
